We have three regular sizing options and one special use dumpster size for you to choose from. The general household and construction debris sizes are 20 yard and 30 yard containers. Each size has its own pricing and weight limits. The 20 yard option is going to be able to hold up to 8,000 pounds of refuse. The same is true for the 30 yard container.

What Are the Filling Requirements for a Dumpster?
Depending on the refuse, we ask that you are filling your dumpster in one of two ways. However, regardless of what you are tossing into the open-top, we ask that you please load the debris evenly throughout the dumpster. This means that there is no one end of the container that is going to be filled more than another. Over-filling one side of the dumpster is going to result in issues when our driver shows up and tries to load the unit back onto their flatbed truck. Avoid any trouble by keeping all the waste even in your dumpster rental.
For general household and construction debris, please do not fill your dumpster any more than level with the height of the walls. By law, we are not allowed on the road with a dumpster that has been filled higher than its dimensions. When it comes to heavy debris, please do not let any of the refuse go more than halfway up the sides of the container. This is due to the incurred weight of these substances. Also, please do not mix various forms of heavy debris in the same dumpster rental. We cannot allow more than one type of heavy debris in the same dumpster. What If I Need More than One Dumpster but Don’t Have the Space?
That’s no problem. We can set you up with something called an empty and return service. With an empty and return service, you are always going to have a dumpster onsite but never more than one at a time. All you have to do is call us when you have finished with the roll-off that you are using. We’ll send a driver out to your location to handle pickup. At the same time, they will drop a fresh and empty unit onsite. Just be sure that you temporarily have space for two dumpsters and there won’t be any issues with putting your project on hold. If you don’t, we would need to remove your first dumpster and return with the other after disposal.
